ORDER PROCESSING

In-Stock Items:

For all in-stock items, Electric Feathers will process orders within 3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

We do our best to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will be refunded per the customer’s wishes.

Made to Order Items

Made to Order items will dispatch within 14 weekdays from the date of purchase, if an unforeseen delay should occur, the customer will be notified at least 7 days before item was originally to become available. 

 

SHIPPING

Electric Feathers uses UPS, USPS, FedEx® and DHL for domestic and international orders. All domestic shipping is FREE, international and expedited domestic shipping oprions are available at checkout.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes and import duties applied by the customer’s local government.

Shipping prices for pillows may vary from below charts dues to size and quantity purchased.

Expedited shipping must be ordered before 1 pm PST, Monday-Friday.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and get it back to us

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to inquire for the item or items you would like to exchange we will check availability and can put your items aside so send out once we receive your return shipment. Please contact us via email to info@electricfeathers.com.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Electric Feathers respects your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information with outside organizations or third parties.  We ask for you name, phone number, email, shipping and billing address, and credit card number for billing and processing purposes only.

You are welcome to sign up for our email list for news on new merchandise, special features, and promotions.  You have the ability to add or remove your name from our e-mail list at any time.
